In accordance with instructions and guidance set forth by the US Navy, I provided my command with notice of my web presence on April 26th, 2005. I have completed the DOD web security course. All content within is in accordance with the direction I have received and has been found to be continually without violation. My site has been reviewed and continues to be monitored by members of my command for compliance. All pictures except where noted are my personal pictures and should be considered my personal property. They are not to be used without my permission. All photos are hex edited to contain personal identity markers.
